• All items are brand new factory sealed and guaranteed against defects.
• Defective items will be exchanged for a replacement.
• Defective items must be returned to us in original condition within 7 days of receipt.
• In the event that the replacement is not available then a refund will be given.
• Shipping & handling fee are not refundable.
