Payment Methods

At the moment, We do not accept international orders.

You can choose any of the following payment methods at the checkout when completing your order:

• Credit card via PayPal (Mastercard, VISA).

  We use PayPal to process credit card payments, we do not store any financial information about our customers. Note: You do not need an account with PayPal to pay via credit card. To find out more about PayPal, please click on the following link www.paypal.com.au

  If you are not familiar making a payment through PayPal with a credit card, we have written the following tutorial to guide you with confidence through the payment process.

  
  
• Direct deposit to our bank account.

  You can do a direct deposit either by using your Internet banking service or making an over the counter deposit at any branch of ANZ Bank. Direct deposits made over the counter or by internet banking before appropriate cut-off times are usually cleared into our account by the next business day (Please contact your Bank for the direct deposit terms and conditions).

• Bank Cheque / Money Order.

  Bank Cheques and Money Orders should be made payable to Zuro Games and sent to our address (please include a note stating your order number). Once the money order has been cleared, we will process and ship your order.

Shipping Information

We ship to all locations within Australia and will post within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment.

We use REGISTERED post as our basic postal service as it provides proof of posting and insurance.

Shipping and handling are now charged at a flat rate of $7.90 for both Registered Post and Express Post for unlimited amount of games, so if your shipment is for one game or ten games the cost is still $7.90.
